​​​In 2005, Amy Pettway began practicing in Georgia, with a focus on negligence actions, railroad injuries brought under the Federal Employer’s Liability Act, employment discrimination claims, roadway defects, automobile dealership warranties, consumer rental property defects, landlord/tenant disputes, marriage dissolutions, administrative hearings (including Fair Housing and Department of Labor), education law, Fair Business Practices Act and debt collection. She has received favorable jury and bench trial verdicts in negligence actions, with successful appeals.

Currently, Amy Pettway runs a general civil litigation practice in Palm Beach County.  She offers sound legal advice and significant experience in a myriad of cases on behalf of corporate and individual clients. Her firm offers legal representation for matters involving contract disputes, estate planning, landlord/tenant issues, HOA/covenant issues, negligence and custody. 

Amy Pettway is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Committee for Diversity and Inclusion.  She also holds memberships with the F. Malcolm Cunningham, Sr.  Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.

Mission Statement

Amy Pettway is a civil litigator with over 15 years of experience.  Licensed to practice in Florida, Georgia and New York States, she received her Juris Doctorate Degree in 1999, graduating Cum Laude from New York Law School. Shortly after, Amy Pettway began her legal career as a juvenile rights advocate for New York’s Legal Aid Society and later as a domestic relations attorney, representing individuals in custody, guardianship and visitation matters.
